▶️ Acting as a single point of contact for customers to resolve any order-related issues by coordinating with internal sales and operations teams. Taking inbound customer leads and helping them with our offerings.
▶️ Building good rapport and establishing long-term relationships with customers.
▶️ Helping customers in their end-to-end order journey with us.
▶️ Being the voice of the customers by having an in-depth understanding of their likes and dislikes and helping the company bring desired changes.
