🔵 Job Responsibilities :-->

➡️ Developing pursuit strategies: Working closely with account teams and business leaders to develop pursuit strategies that will enable the firm to win new business opportunities. This includes analyzing market trends, identifying potential clients, and developing approaches for winning new business.

➡️ Managing proposal development: Leading the development of high-quality proposals and other business development materials that effectively communicate the firm’s capabilities and value proposition to prospective clients. This includes managing the proposal development process, coordinating with subject matter experts and writers, and ensuring that proposals meet client requirements and deadlines.

➡️ Conducting market research: Conducting market research and analysis to identify potential clients, understand client needs and preferences, and stay up-to-date with market trends and developments.

➡️ Building relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients, partners, and other stakeholders to build the firm’s reputation and generate new business opportunities.

➡️ Supporting business development activities: Supporting other business development activities, such as client meetings, presentations, and events, to help build relationships with prospective clients and win new business.

➡️ Developing thought leadership content: Developing thought leadership content, such as white papers, case studies, and blog posts, to demonstrate the firm’s expertise and thought leadership in key areas.

➡️ Collaborating with teams: Collaborating with other teams and departments within the firm, including marketing, sales, and subject matter experts, to ensure that the pursuit process is well-coordinated and aligned with the firm’s overall business goals.
