1) Relations Officer :-->

◆ Building and maintaining relationships with various media outlets, journalists, and reporters to ensure positive coverage of the company’s activities and events.

◆ Developing and implementing public relations strategies to promote the company’s image and reputation, including creating press releases, media kits, and other communications materials.

◆ Coordinating and organizing events and press conferences, ensuring that the company’s messages are effectively communicated to the media and the public.

◆ Monitoring media coverage of the company and tracking public sentiment to identify potential issues and address them proactively.

2) Telecaller :-->

◆ Cold-calling potential customers to promote the company’s products or services and generate leads.

◆ Following a script or call guide to effectively communicate the company’s message and value proposition.

◆ Identifying customer needs and providing relevant information about the company’s products or services to persuade them to take action.

◆ Handling objections and queries from potential customers and resolving their concerns.
