● Data processing: The primary responsibility of a Process Executive – Data is to process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently. This involves data entry, data validation, data cleansing, and data analysis.

● Data quality control: Ensuring the quality of data is accurate, complete, and consistent is essential. Process Executives – Data are responsible for verifying the accuracy of data through multiple checks and reviews.

● Data management: They are responsible for ensuring that all data is stored securely and is easily accessible. Process Executives – Data are responsible for maintaining and updating databases, spreadsheets, and other data-related software applications.

● Reporting They may also be responsible for creating reports based on data analysis to provide insights to management and other stakeholders. They should have strong analytical skills to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.

● Process Improvement: They should have an eye for detail and should be able to identify and suggest process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.

● Communication: They should have excellent communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders to understand their data needs and respond to their queries.
