◆ Providing exceptional customer service: You will be expected to provide a high level of customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. This includes being responsive, friendly, and professional in all interactions with customers.

◆ Maintaining customer records: You will need to keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions using a customer relationship management (CRM) system. This helps to ensure that customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible for future reference.

◆ Collaborating with other departments: You will be required to collaborate with other departments within the organization, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to address customer needs and provide feedback on customer trends and issues.

◆ Continuous learning: You will need to keep up-to-date with new product features and updates, as well as industry trends and best practices, to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
