◆ Performance management: You will be responsible for implementing performance management processes and tools to monitor employee performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop action plans to improve performance.

◆ Employee relations: You will be responsible for managing employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, disciplinary action, and grievances.

◆ HR policy development: You will work with other HR professionals to develop HR policies and procedures that are aligned with business goals and meet legal and regulatory requirements.
