● Building strong customer relationships: You must build strong relationships with your customers by understanding their needs, providing personalized service, and creating a positive experience for them. You should also maintain regular contact with customers to build rapport and identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction.
● Providing accurate information: You must have a thorough knowledge of the company’s products and services, and provide accurate information to customers to help them make informed decisions.
● Maintaining customer records: You should maintain accurate records of customer interactions, including their inquiries, concerns, and resolutions, to help track customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
