β Customer advocacy: A CSAM should advocate for customers within the company, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed and resolved.
β Monitor customer health: A CSAM should continuously monitor customer health, analyzing customer usage data and identifying potential risks or issues.
β Upsell and renewals: A CSAM should work to identify opportunities to upsell customers on additional products or services and ensure that customers are renewing their subscriptions.
β Product feedback and improvement: A CSAM should gather customer feedback on the product or service and work with the product team to identify areas for improvement and new features.
β Cross-functional collaboration: A CSAM should collaborate with other teams within the company, such as sales, support, and product teams, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
